I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, with easy access to various attractions and shopping centers. Secondly, I was impressed by the attentive and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, as I received basic amenities and a satisfying breakfast for the price I paid. Lastly, the attention to detail was noticeable, with clean and well-maintained rooms that exceeded my expectations despite the hotel's age.
One minor aspect that could be improved upon is the older air-conditioning system, which could be a bit noisy at times.

Nearby there is a great VCR serving hot beverages, and it's just a short 10-minute walk to the Pasar Seni metro station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel due to its excellent location. It was just a short walk away from Stadium Merdeka, where I attended a music concert. Additionally, it was conveniently adjacent to Berjaya Times Square and Bukit Bintang, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the hotel provided free parking for guests. The convenient location by public transport was a huge plus as well, with easy access to KL center, Chinatown, and the Time Square Mall.
Don't have any issues at all.

The location close to the shopping area at Petaling Jalan. Only 10 mins walk away. The restaurant served good quality, reasonably priced food.
It was very tatty. The reception area was smart and clean but the lift were old and dirty with worn carpets. The breakfast cafe area was badly organised and the quality and choice of breakfast food very poor. The bedroom was very noisy (train lines behind the hotel, aircon units outside hummed loudly. Didn't get much sleep. I booked because I wanted a decent sleep before my flight back to the UK-wrong decision.

The hotel is well priced and it's in a convenient location for city trips, just a short walk to public transport and major attractions. The room was spacious and clean with good security, and we felt comfortable leaving our belongings there while we were out exploring. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The breakfast options were limited, and there were some undesirable food items present. The Wi-Fi was very poor and only worked on mobile phones.

The rooms are ok. Spacious, clean and have all necessarry amenities. Though the linen seems to be very old as it had yellowish spots, I hope from a lot of washing. There is wifi internet in the rooms free of charge. Though it is not quite stable, so if you want to have good internet, it's worth to go down to the lobby. The staff is quite helpful.
The entrance and the elevators are rather shabby, so make quite unpleasant first impression of the hotel. But the worst problem of this hotel is its location. It is considered to be in the center, but it is actually closer to China town than to the center. It is located on the deserted street 15 minutes of walk from anything. Those who were in KL know, that it is not such a pleasure to have a long walk here. So, you will need to take a taxi all the time. The shower cabin doesn't have any shelves. So, I had to put all of my shamoos and jars on the floor.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it is just a short walk away from Hang Tuah station. Whether you're traveling by car or using public transport, getting to and from the hotel is a breeze. there are several attractions nearby, such as the Petaling St and Central Market, making it easy to explore the city. In terms of service, the staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to start friendly conversations and provide assistance. the rooms are comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for families with children.
One aspect of the hotel that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the options are limited, the quality falls short of expectations.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Also management was good.
However, the condition of the room when one is paying £70 a day is extremely poor. We decided to cut our stay there to two nights only. To pay this kind of rate one would expect very good rooms, with better bathroom facilities, a large range of tv channels.
